Abstract submission and Registration

Important Notice for Presenting Authors: For saving papers, time and cost, also for the convenience for the authors, the organizing committee decided NOT TO PREPARE the HARD COPY of the ABSTRACT BOOK. The abstract book will be SUPPLIED AS a PDF FILE. Those who registered will be noticed the download site. The download will be available on Sept. 7th, 2014. The attendee are recommended to download the PDF file to your computer or your pad device. If you need a hard copy, please print the PDF file in advance and carry with you. Also, for the protection of the intellectual properties, the authors are minded that the publication date of the abstract book will be Sept. 7th, 2014.
